2. Description of Service
XPace is a fitness gamification application that tracks running activities and rewards users with virtual items and achievements. The App may integrate with third-party fitness services such as Strava, Apple Health, and Google Fit.
XPace is a gamification app for entertainment purposes. It does not provide medical advice, fitness coaching, or training programs. Users are responsible for their own physical activities and should exercise within their own abilities.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use XPace. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Account
You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Attempt to manipulate or falsify fitness data

- Attempt to access other users' accounts
6. Virtual Items
Virtual items, wearables, and achievements earned or purchased within the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred outside the App.

8. Data Collection
The App collects fitness data including but not limited to: distance traveled, duration of activities, pace, and location data (if permitted). This data is used to provide the App's core functionality and improve user experience.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPace and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
